Return & Refund Policy

At Hussain Art Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handmade, we ask customers to review this policy before placing an order.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Used art supplies
• Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
